We proudly deliver premium dog supplies across the mainland United States, and we strive to ensure that your order reaches you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please note that national holidays and unforeseen events may affect delivery times.
1. ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 4–10 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery takes approximately 7–12 days, depending on your location. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If there is a significant delay in shipment, we will notify you promptly via email.
2. SAME-DAY DISPATCH
We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible and may offer same-day processing when capacity allows, though this is not guaranteed.
3. SHIPPING COVERAGE
We currently ship only within the mainland United States. At this time, we do not offer shipping to U.S. territories, Alaska, Hawaii, or international destinations.
4. SHIPPING ADDRESSES
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If you realize there is an error in the address provided, please contact us immediately at info@pawsora.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order has entered the shipping process, updates may not be possible.
5. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Orders returned due to incorrect or insufficient addresses may be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable for undeliverable packages.
6. LOST OR STOLEN SHIPMENTS
Pawsora is not liable for packages that are confirmed as delivered but not received. If your tracking information indicates delivery and you have not received your package, please reach out to the carrier or local authorities to file a claim. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office in such cases.
7. RETURNS & REFUNDS

8. OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS
If any item in your order is out of stock, we may hold your order until all items are available for shipment. You will be notified via email if this occurs.

Depending on the location of our fulfillment partners and the destination of your order, your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees assessed by your local authorities. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and may be collected at the time of delivery. Pawsora is not responsible for delays or costs resulting from customs procedures.
