Return Policy
At Pawsora, we want you and your pup to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To qualify for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
To begin the return process, please contact us at info@pawsora.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
RETURN ADDRESS
Please contact us before returning any items. Returns may need to be sent directly to our supplier’s warehouse, and we will provide further instructions after your request is reviewed.
IMPORTANT NOTES
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
We currently only offer shipping and return services within the mainland United States.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
Perishable goods (e.g., dog treats, food)
Personalized or custom-made items
Personal care products (e.g., grooming supplies if opened)
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Sale items and gift cards

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.
EXCHANGES
The fastest way to get what you need is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase for the desired item.
REFUNDS
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
