Orders & Delivery
When can I expect my order to arrive?
Our standard delivery timeframe is 7–12 business days from the time your order is processed. While it may take a little longer than average, this window allows us to ensure quality handling and reliable shipping for every order. We appreciate your patience as we work to deliver your items with care.
My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
While most of our orders arrive within the 7–12 business day timeframe, occasional delays can happen due to shipping or transit conditions. If it has been more than 3 business days beyond the expected delivery time, please contact us at info@pawsora.com with your order number. We’ll prioritize your request and assist you as quickly as possible.
Exchanges & Returns
I'm not satisfied with my order — can I return it?
Changed your mind? We totally understand. You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a refund, all items must be in their original condition, unused, and with any tags or packaging intact. We’re happy to assist as long as the product shows no signs of wear or damage.
I want to return an item — what should I do?
If you’d like to return an item, please note that the sender is responsible for the return shipment. Returns must include a track & trace number as proof of shipment. Once we receive the item in its original, unused condition, your refund will be processed and returned to your account within 10 business days. Where can I find my Track & Trace number?
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a Track & Trace link via email within 3 days, so you can follow your delivery anytime, anywhere. Can’t find the code? No worries, you can also track your order using your order number by clicking [here].
The Track & Trace link isn’t showing any updates — why?
Tracking information becomes available once your package has been processed by the shipping carrier. Sometimes there’s a short delay between when the label is created and when the tracking status goes live. If it’s been more than a couple of days with no updates, feel free to reach out. We’re happy to check in for you.
